The apparatus specific to Pilates – the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair and Ladder Barrel – are adaptable so they support you when you begin your Pilates journey or as you recover from an injury but challenge you as you gain strength and progress.

Pilates is for every body from beginner to elite athlete.

WHY MY PILATES STUDIO

At My Pilates Studio you will receive private, personal instruction from Krystel, a tertiary qualified Pilates educator with over a decade’s teaching experience. We offer individual or two person classes in a calm, sun filled studio located at our home in Beachlands. Fully equipped with Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel and Trapeze Table there is no need to travel to the city to access the best Pilates equipment.
