YOUR FIRST SESSION

Your initial session will involve a posture and movement assessment. This is an
opportunity for me to get to know you, find out your movement history, injuries
you might have had, where your body is right now, any movement challenges
you face and what you would like to achieve through your Pilates sessions.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST SESSION

Please complete the Health Questionnaire attached to the email confirming your Initial Assessment. I recommend that you complete this a day or two in advance.

WHAT TO WEAR

Please wear exercise clothes that give you freedom to move and do not gape.  Socks are a must – grip socks are ideal and can be purchased at the studio.

BOOKINGS AND WAITLIST

Bookings can be made up to four weeks in advance.

My Pilates Studio is open from 9:30 – 2:00pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday during the school term. Checking the bookings page for additional sessions outside of these hours.

If a class is full, add yourself to the waitlist. You will be notified by email if a place becomes available.

SESSION TYPES

Initial Assessment – This is essential for all new clients.  I recommend that you attend at least two private sessions after your assessment to become familiar with the exercises and equipment.  This is offered as a package.

Studio Session – Private: The ultimate way to practice Pilates.  You receive undivided attention with just you and your instructor in the room.

Book this session for your initial assessment, to revisit your posture and movement assessment 6-12mths after starting Pilates or for the opportunity to create a focus for your sessions with a new fitness goal/post injury/baby.

Studio Session – Duo: You can choose to share your Studio Pilates session with your partner, friend, family member or meet someone new!

Initial Assessment: $90

Casual Fees:

Studio Pilates – Private: $80          Studio Pilates – Duo: $45

5 Visit Pass – Save 5%:

Studio Pilates – Private: $380       Studio Pilates – Duo: $210

10 Visit Pass – Save 10%:

Studio Pilates – Private: $720       Studio Pilates – Duo: $405

Introductory Offer (for new clients only):

Initial Assessment + 2 Studio Pilates – Private: $220

* Passes are valid for 6 months from purchase.

* Introductory Offer is valid for 3 months from purchase.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS

There is preparation and planning for your session that takes place prior to your
arrival. As such, it is important for you to give 24 hours notice if you cannot
attend.

We reserve the right to charge the full fee for the session if you fail to give 24
hours notice or if you do not show up. You can amend your booking online, by
email or phone.

If you are unsure as to whether or not to attend a session due to aches or pains
or an injury, please feel free to call me to discuss.

STUDIO POLICIES

  • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
  • 60 minutes is allocated for each session.
  • Prior payment is required for all sessions.
  • Each new client needs to complete an initial assessment.
  • Passes have an expiration, please review this prior to purchase.
  • Passes may be shared with friends or family members who have also completed an initial assessment.
  • We required 24 hours advance notice of cancellation.  Cancellation within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged for the session.
  • Cancellations can be made online, by email or phone.
  • Socks are to be worn in the studio.
